If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any merchandise you receive or the item was not as described, we will gladly refund your payment in full, less handling charges, for those pieces returned within 30 days of delivery except for merchandise sold "as is". We are happy to combine unpaid listings within a 3 day period, we are unable to hold items indefinitely.
Our software automatically starts the Unpaid Item Process 10 days after the listing was purchased.
Our shipping and handling charges for International Orders do not include taxes, duties or brokerage fees. These fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.
If a stock discrepancy prevents fulfillment, we will offer either a refund or a reasonable substitute for any pieces we can not fulfill. A refund (or, where offered by us, a reasonable substitute for any pieces) we cannot fulfill in lieu of a refund) is your sole remedy for non-fulfillment.
