Up for sale is an old hand held mirror that i purchased at an Estate Auction. They said it was silver plate but i really have no idea. I can't find any markings and i don't know how to tell the difference.
As you can see it is heavily tarnished. I cleaned a few spots and it does shine up. It is worn with scratches and the back isn't flat. So it has been bumped around a bit.
The mirror is aged but it isn't chipped or cracked. It has a little bit of a haze to it but the reflection is still good.
Measures ~ 11" x 6"
I am neither a collector nor a dealer just an Estate Auction junkie. I buy things by the box keep the things i like and am now left with a garage full of stuff i don't know what to do with. My auctions have No Reserve so I hope through my addiction you might find a good deal!
